After the initial term your subscription continues month by month until you end it. Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan and press Start free trial. You get 14 days free, then the plan price starts. The trial page asks for a card so the plan can continue after the 14 days.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Every subscription starts with an initial 12 month term, billed monthly or annually, whichever you choose. After that it continues month by month until you end it. The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the difference between Self Managed and Fully Managed?
With Self Managed you run the platform and your team gets every module. With Fully Managed we set it up, move your data in and keep it running for you, with hourly backups and priority support.
Can I see it working before I start a trial?

Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Both are on the plan cards. Paying yearly costs less over the year: Self Managed includes 1 month free and Fully Managed 2 months free.
